Virgilio R. Delos Reyes, or “Gil” as he was fondly called, is the new Philippine Secretary of Agrarian Reform appointed by the newly elected President Benigno Aquino III to be part of his Cabinet. He is the incumbent undersecretary of the Department of Agrarian Reform prior to the appointment.

The newly appointed Philippine Secretary of Public Works and Highways under the administration of President Benigno Aquino is Rogelio Lazo Singson who previously worked as President and Chief Executive Officer of Maynilad Water Services, Inc., the largest water concessionaire in the country prior to his appointment as the Chief Secretary of Public Works and Highways.

Proceso Jarasa Alcala, the newly appointed Secretary of the Department of Agriculture under the Aquino administration, was born on July 2, 1955 in Lucena City City, and was more familiar with his name “Procy”, as he was fondly called by his friends and relatives as well as his constituents in the second district of Quezon province, where he served as Congressman for two terms.
