Virgilio R. Delos Reyes, or “Gil” as he was fondly called, is the new Philippine Secretary of Agrarian Reform appointed by the newly elected President Benigno Aquino III to be part of his Cabinet. He is the incumbent undersecretary of the Department of Agrarian Reform prior to the appointment. |
